For operators who already have a community of substance — members, dues, momentum — and want a platform built specifically for them. We handle the build, the migration, and the configuration. You get the operational tools, the team behind them, and the peace of mind.
A custom build is the right move for established operators with substantial communities. For everyone else, the standard SaaS plans are usually a better path.
A custom build means we configure the platform around your community's needs, not the other way around.
Your logo, colors, custom domain, and tone applied across admin and member portal. Looks like your platform, runs on Allodia infrastructure.
We import your existing roster, set up tiers, configure member fields, and onboard everyone. You don't lose members in the transition — we handle the welcome flow.
Stripe Connect or BTCPay set up, dues configured, invoicing tested. If you have existing payment workflows, we map them in. New members can pay from day one.
Board configured, signing workflows tested, member agreement templates loaded. The infrastructure for running your association correctly, ready when you need it.
Custom domain email sender, SMS configured, member notification preferences set. Your members hear from you, not from “noreply@somesaas.com.”
A dedicated contact for the build period and beyond. Questions, requests, edge cases — handled by a real person who knows your community.
As we ship new features and improvements to Allodia, your build receives them automatically. Your platform stays current.
Hosting, scaling, backups, security patches, and uptime — all handled. You focus on serving your community. We handle the platform underneath it.
A clear process. No mystery. No surprises.
We talk through your community — what you have, what you need, what's working and what isn't. By the end of the call, both of us know whether a custom build is the right move.
If we're a fit, you receive a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and deliverables. 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery. No hidden fees.
We configure your custom build, import your existing data, set up payments and communications, and prepare your member migration. You see progress along the way and have direct input on every decision.
We migrate your members with a clear welcome flow so nobody gets dropped. You go from old patchwork tools to a real platform, with your community intact.
Once you're live, the $99/month covers infrastructure, all new features as we ship them, and ongoing maintenance. Your platform improves over time without you having to do anything.
Two numbers. No surprises. No per-member fees, no take-rate on your dues, no hidden costs that grow with you.
The standard $99/month Scale plan is self-serve — you sign up, configure it yourself, and operate. The custom build is high-touch — we handle the configuration, the migration, the brand setup, and we work with you directly throughout. The platform is the same; the level of service is different.
We can absolutely handle larger migrations. The base build fee covers up to 5,000 members; communities larger than that have a small additional migration fee proportional to roster size, discussed and quoted on the discovery call.
The $99/month covers infrastructure (hosting, the platform itself), updates, and maintenance — without it, the platform doesn't run. You can cancel anytime, and we'll provide an export of your data. But the platform is a hosted service; the build doesn't run independently of Allodia infrastructure.
Most builds are 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. The exact timeline depends on the size of your member migration, the complexity of your existing payment workflows, and how quickly we can get the inputs we need from you. We commit to a timeline before signing.
During the discovery call, we'll talk through what you need. Some requests fit naturally into our roadmap and we'll prioritize them. Others may require additional scope and a custom quote. We're transparent about what we can build into your launch and what would come later.
No. Allodia is software, not legal services. We don't provide legal advice or document review. You should have your existing documents reviewed by qualified counsel of your choosing before relying on them. If you don't have an entity yet, the standard Create flow is the place to start — and counsel review still applies.
Your members' data is yours and theirs. We store it for you, encrypted, and stay out of it. We don't analyze your members' content, we don't aggregate it across PMAs, and we don't train AI on it. The same privacy boundaries that apply to the standard SaaS apply to your custom build.
Directly with the founder. The discovery call is with me, the build is led by me, and the ongoing relationship is with me. I want to understand your community well enough to serve it correctly, and that's only possible with a direct line.
We'll talk through your community, what you need, and whether a custom build is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you that and point you to whatever does fit. Either way, you walk away with clarity.
